my research topic is to study the factors associated with the talent acquisition in I.T sectors...can u plz help me out to derive a standardized
questionnare on the variable called talent acquisition in the perspective of both employer as well as potential employee ?

my potential employees (applicants) would be BE, MCA n M.TECH students and employers will be HR professionals from 3 I.T companies ...from whom i will make them fill my questionnare.

Hi Ankita,
Firstly, check with your manager on what his requirement is then prepare the same.
This would be the ideal answer anyone would give you, as 'monthly status of employee' is an open ended phrase and can be taken for any kind of status.
Check with your manager, and request him to clarify on all your doubts. This can also help you in building strong relationship with your manager.
