Dear Seniors,
My company is having 100 Employees, it is an IT based company
For the 1st time in my company i have to implement Performance appraisal process,
I am having following doubts to implement it,
How many times the appraisal should give per a Year,...........?
In which Months we have to appraise salary.......?
Which Method is best.......? MBO, 360 Degrees or self appraisal..........?
Please provide Formats also, so it can help me to understand the process easily.

Even Aware not of Performance Appraisal but i am trying to give reply on your posting
1. Performance Appraisal will happens once in HR
2. You can do it January or Financial Year Staring
3. Go with MBO.

Just search for 'EmpXtrack' on the web & see their Demo of their Appraisal module. You can view the contents of the multi page Appraisal Form & decide how to go by. If interested, you can initiate request for a live demo. This will probably meet all your requirements since the IT company offering this solution is using it for their own employees too for the last 3 years.
Since yours is an IT company, it may be worthwhile to go in for an automated performance appraisal system right from the beginning.
