I am S.Vinodh working as HR Exe in a Contracting & Trading Company in Qatar for the past 2 months. I hereby submitting my inquiry to you all for getting a proper remedy for the problem facing to maintain the proper attendance.

In my company so many staff and labours are working in various sites.There are so many problems for maintain the proper attendance which is mentioned below:-

01. Its very difficult to apply Internet connections to all sites. Most of the sites are far away from the Head office.

02. Inorder to submit the Daily Strength Summary, our HR Staff is calling the concern people through phone and updating the report. Meanwhile the report from the concerned site will reach us after 03:00 pm from the sites, while cross checking with morning report through phone and the report submitted by them will vary from each.

Finally we need to design a Attendance Software with the following patterns:-

01.In Time / Out Time ( Thru Finger print ) not with any password as the employees are more talent.

02.Day end , we need the report of 8 hours duty along with their over time.

03.Once they enter inside the site, they cant go out from the site unless if there is any emergency which is to be assist by the concerned authorities.

Is there any software which can can be installed in all the sites, especially those sites without internet connections.If so , can u please specify those software to me for initiating.

have a access card system in all your sites. But it has to be implemented in a proper way, then you can track every individual at any given time.

keep the attendance register with the concerned officer and ask him to update everyday by 10.00 am regularly and those who do not sign the register will be cut 1/2 day salary. if this is maintained strictly your problem
will be sorted out.
