Hello all
I have a specific query regarding a widows monthly pension under the Employment Pension Scheme. The widow was getting her due monthly pension including monthly children pension for his son and now the son has aged beyond 25 years. My query is what will happen to the son's share of pension. Will his mother get any part of his pension too or not.
Your help is immensely appreciated
Thank you

The children pension will stop on their attaining 25 years of age. If there are more than two children, only two children are entitled for pension. Once the eldest one attains 25 years, his/her pension will stop and the third one will begin to get and so on. Also if there is a handicapped child, he will get pension for whole life. This one is over and above the two children restriction. But the widow is not entitled to get the children pension.
Thanks and regards,
