Hi
My problem is that i have more than 5 years of experience in hr field because the first 3 years i was working as a executive assistant to director in an HR consulting firm and then was promoted to research associate. I recently joined another company as HR executive 4 months back. Here i m in charge of training and development, but mostly do psychometric profiling. i have done my mba in hr from IGNOU this year.
I want to change job because i am not gaining any experience in core-HR. but most of the companies are lookind either for freshers or very experienced people.
What should I do? because the money offered to me is less than what i am getting presently.
regards.

Hi Sai
Actually i have more experience in training and development, workshops like mentoring, assessment centres, psychometric assessments, etc.
In consulting domain, I have helped the senior people in making HR policies and manuals based on the companies previous manual and theneeds and competencies of organization. But I do not have a thorough knowledge of labour laws. I m proficient in performance appraisal, interview, exit interviews and culture assessment.
thanks and regards
Anu
