Dear Friends,
I am working as an HR Executive in one Telecom company.
I am thinking of making a Training Effectiveness form, which we will be using after 3 months of any technical training, to evaluate the effectiveness of that training. We will get it filled by the managers of the attendees.
Please suggest some formats to make.
Regards
Isha
