Position • HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• RECRUITMENT:

 Responsible for the end to end Recruitment process

 To assist in the manpower plan by obtaining the manpower indents on a monthly basis.

 Get the approval on all the manpower requirements as submitted by the department heads.

 Resource the required skill sets by the utilization of the necessary recruitment channel.

 Validate the profile of the candidates by matching them with the requirements.

 Arrange and schedule for the computer based testing, technical and subsequently the HR interview of the Shortlisted candidates.

 Analyze the results of the CBT and shortlist the candidates for the Technical interview.

 Keep update of Interview evaluation sheets of all interviewed candidates.

 Providing MIS on a time to time basis to HR Head

 Meeting the numbers in terms of the recruitment.

 Personnel Security

• HR ADMINISTRATION

 Maintain Employee Database

 Maintain Personnel File Records

 Regular Update of Employee Muster Roll

 Issue offer letter/increment letter.

 Maintain Training Records

 Leave Records

 Bank Account opening

 Time and attendance update

 Providing the monthly leave, time and attendance records to Accounts department

 Maintaining records for Time Offs for all levels

 Daily Access card reports

 Statutory Compliance related to HR department

 Statutory Compliance from Contractual Service Providers.

 Documenting ,Filing and maintaining records of Contractual agreements and Non Disclosure Agreements between

 Library Records

 Documentation related to HR Department and Office Administration

 Keep update of all changed figures in the pay sheet.

 Maintain the monthly Opex on the salary and other activities handy for the information to management.

 Assist and arrange for all cultural activities, training infrastructure set up and pre meeting preparation etc.

 Suggestion box for STL employees

 Enforce Code of Conduct

 Maintain Records of E mail ,Telephone No. etc

 Relevant Templates

 Provide MIS at all required levels.

•Report all the activities that affect the company on an immediate basis.

•Maintain confidentiality and respect the trust of management w.r.t. to all the responsibilities handled.

•Carry all the necessary and important documentation as required by the nature of work.

•Carry any other responsibilities as assigned by the HR Head or the STL management from time to time

•Personnel Security

• Awareness of Supplies Module concepts

• Proficiency in material accounting systems and practices ( Particularly MM module of SAP)

• Knowledge about excise / Sales Tax rules & regulations
