Hi All
Iam working as an IT recruiter for 8 months.
Recently iam feeling too bored to do recruitments , as it is monotonus and not rewarding when candidates are rejected by clients repeatedly.
Please help me understand how to do recruitments to make it fun.

Recruitment is very boring in consultancies as it feels that you are almost like a tele caller, and now a days even the candidates and other people dont respect Recruiters and treat like any other tele sales executive, even iam facing the same problem, and again the skills and knowledge that i have are getting degraded, so i have decided to move out from this Industry as in current market scenario every tom dick and harry is interested in HR, i would suggest you too that move out and get into some other industry and reputed profile, because even I am disheartened and completely fed up of this job, there is not much scope in to this field as peole are just bulging in and out here with their Interest in HR and so as salary are paid less due to the growing number of people in HR.
