Experiance letter
Hi all i am working in software company. i have joined this company earlier 4 month. i have not submitted experiance letter and relieving letter to the current company. in old company i was on contract and i broken the contract. new company has accepted me without taking experiance letter or relieving letter . so finally i want to know in future i will join another company then they will demand my all old companies experiance letter then what should i say. please suggest me. i shall be very greatfull for that.
Is experiance certificate necessary ?....
Hi all i have joined in a company 5 months backnow it is 6 th month i just want to work here atleast for 6 months to get some experiance because min. 6 months experiane is needed to get a better job in my company i am observing that they are not willing to relieve the employees that is why they are not cooperative to give experiance certificates. then what is the use how experiance can be shown even here they did not give appointment letters to all our pay slip also having no signature and no stamp... just they will mention basic allowances thats it so what to do in my case i have recieved my appointment letter what should i do while leaving from this company...

Hi all i want to know if an employee is working with the organization wherein the employee was on sabbatical leave for a particular time frame after the employee joins and plan to leave after couple of months or may be years do we produce two experience letter or one?
Did not realise the difference of relieving letter or experience letter
Hi all i was working for a large software mnc in chennai and was with the company for almost 6 years. but recently i was terminated not because of my performance or any monetary issues nor any sexual harassment but for some other not so great reason the hr had called up for a meeting and they said that they will not issue a relieving letter since i am being terminated but they would provide experience letter. i did not realise the difference of relieving letter or experience letter and i just agreed as they were willing to give me a experience letter. they also mentioned that they would not disclose any information about me being terminated to my future employers. but the problem started now when my new company that i am about to join is requesting for my relieving letter and experience letter from my previous organization. i am in a dilemma as i dont have my relieving letter but only my experience letter. can any of the hr people guide me on this? will be much grateful if anyone can be emphathetic and answer me? regards.
