Need not to worry, this is not a big issue, first you contact with the concern EPFO, and get the details of refund cheque, then download the ASR form (ADVANCE STAMPED RECEIPT) FORM, 2 form one for EPF & other for EPS from epfo website, fill all the details and get attested the same from, your bank manager and submit the same to epfo the ampunt will be remitted to the account. any problem you faced contactme on +91- 9899669071.

In case, it has not been settled till date,you may request the RPFC in writing about the exact position with the request to delay settlement till a particular period.
Alternatively ,you may request your Bank authorities for expediting the revival of your account as early as possible. You may meet the Chief Manager / AGM of the bank for such a request.

No need to be worried, if your Pf accumulatons hgave been return by the EPFO, pls fillup your withdrawal forms again and resubmit the same with a letter for non receipt of the funds for the earlier filled forms. Meanwhile do all necessary formalities for activation of saving bank account

In most cases,,the bank will not reject incoming neft or deposit of the cheque.
Check with your branch manager, inform him that a large amount will come from pf and you want to make sure it does not go back. He will surey help. Having larger amounts in savings accounts is a part of the branch managers kra :)
Formula for gratuity calculation is last drawn salary (basic+da) / 26 *15 * year of service.
Last drawn salary means for basic+da
26 stands for working days
15 stands for 15 days salary of a year
Year of service stands for the actual period of service performed.
Last but not least gratuity is payable only to those who has completed 5 Years of service, 240 days = 1Year of service .

Don't worry about this I have face this type of cases in life if somebody fill the form 19 for withdraw the PF amount and he produce bank account which is inactive.After form fill employee got know that his account is inactive and his refund got back.Simply he went to bank manager and ask for active the account no.if there is any problem in account active then open a new account and write a application to RPFO that I have fill form 19 for PF amount withdraw but by mistake I produce inactive bank account no. and my refund is return to PF office but this account is active now so please transfer my amount in account..If you are unable to account active then write a letter to PF office for new account and this application should be attested by Bank Manager & your concern HR department.HR department should sent this application to PF office & with in one month you amount would be credit in your mention account.
Don't need to went PF office if your HR person do his duty.
I am sorry to trouble you again, but my problem is not yet solved!
As you know, first my bank account was inactive..now my account has been activated and I requested the bank personnel to let me know if there was any NEFT transactions done during the inactive period..and the answer I get is NO.
I registered a grievance with the EPFO, but there is no response and the status remains the same that my account has been settled through NEFT transaction, which indeed is not the case. No one answers the phones at the grievance cell.
How am I supposed to get answers to my queries???
Would you please tell me how to get some answer from them or any other way to approach them. Any PF helpline desk to enquire on the same
