Dear All,

I work as Associate Professor - Human Resources in Indira Schools of Business Studies, Pune, (the Institute of Indira Group of Institutes, Pune)

I intend to write company based research paper on Soft skills Training effectiveness, for which I need help from HR professionals in and around Pune region. The research will consist of answering objectives based questions both by participants as well as by their Supervisors / Managers.

The employees / Managers who are eligible to participate in this research are the ones who have attended soft skills training like Business Communication, Building high performing teams, leadership, Problem solving techniques & Negotiations Skills etc in last six to twelve months.

Training effectiveness will be measured on Dr. Donald’s developed Krikpatrick Module in four stages i.e. Reaction , Learning , Behavior Change and Result orientation. The said feedback from participants will be collected post training six to twelve months.

This ensures participants who have attended soft skills based training had sufficient time to apply learning in their respective roles / profile.

Important - The finding of the research paper will be shared with company along with suggestions to improve further on the subject. The said research paper will be published in Research publication having ISSN nos. (this nos. refers to quality of research paper) or management conferences.

We will not charge any consultancy fees etc to the company for this project; however we will need consent from company management to disclose its name in Research paper.
