Please closely move with your to know their feelings about Company, according that please plan and meanwhile have look into the below things
1. Do you have all required documents of HR-Department like joining documents, leave card, leave application ID cards, Uniforms, punching machine or Register
2. Does your employees ESIC and PF details,
3. Do you have all required licenses

we don't provide Uniforms or punching machines.. However we would try to get some references and help you out

Thank you all for the replies. The number of employees so far are 18. Its a recent start up in Hyd. We do maintain employees documents, recruitment, offer letters, welcome emails, attendance and leave management, salary drafting. As it is a start up I am currently concentrating on these aspects only, but as the months pass-by I would implement PMS and L&D activities as well, but other than all these what else as a HR I can take part of. Please guide me, want to do something different that can help my staff here.

If you are fallowing HR Activities such as recruitment, joining and so on, you have to maintain some of the Statutory registers such as PF/ESI/Gratuity and others if you need any help with free of cost you can contact me will guide you for smooth running of the operation
