I have been downloading a lot of good stuff here. So I guess it's about time to contribute a little.
Recently, my company has just embarked on competency modeling. We have our own People Development Department to do that. I, myself, work in the Training Department.
The PD has done with competency gap, now the gap needs to be filled. In order to fill the gap, I came up with this simple gap improvement scheme followed by other development forms I'm still working on right now.
I would appreciate it if you all give your opinions so as to better the scheme in the future (and you may of course use it :-)). Let me know please.
