Safety Officer: 01 position

Experience: 2-5 years(exp. In manufacturing/engg/chemical industry)

Qualification: graduate /diploma in engg. With pgd in industrial safety as recognised by govt. Of ap.

Branch: safety engineering.

Location – factory – ankireddipalli.

Salary: 1.88-2.16/annum

Job description mentioned below:

a. Carry out plant safety inspections and ensure measures for removing unsafe physical conditions and preventing unsafe actions.

b. To ensure the procurement and availability of quality personal protective equipment.

c. Planning and organising measures necessary for effective control of personal injuries and maintaining a safe working environment.

d. Advice on safety aspects in all jobs and to carry out detailed job safety studies.

e. Advice the concerned departments in the factory to take the necessary safety measures.

f. Identify the safety aspects in all job studies.

g. To promote setting up of safety committees and act as advisor and catalyst to such committees.

h. To ensure that safety equipment is available to all the employees in the factory.

i. Investigation of industrial accidents and diseases and maintenance of statutory records.

j. Maintenance of records relating to accidents, dangerous occurences and industrial diseases.
