Dear Raghvendra,
Wahtever Negi sir told is absolutely right. if you still want your money then pay one month (or whatever notice period decided in AO) notice pay in lieu of notice period. and then ask for releiving & other benifits.

I am not able to understand your querry fully, if I am not wrong, the case is that you are supposed to give 60 days notice (please refer your offer/appointment letter) wherein you were short in notice of 45 days out of which you have paid one month salary which is 30 days and the company is asking for new DD for 45 days instead. If this is true then you have to pay short notice of 15 days. If you are not in a position to pay you can ask for time, till then you are not eligible to claim your relieving and experience certificates.
Please clarify the notice period and the short in notice period, you can always ask for your FnF calculations.
As advised by seniors above you can claim the PF amount if you have few details required.

Dear Govindsinghnegi Ji,
Does notice period represent Gross salary OR Basic + DA . In my Offer letter it is given as follows:
"On Confirmation of your services with our organization two months notice is required for resigning from the service. Out of these two months, one-month service is compulsorily required and for the second month you can opt for one month salary in lieu of notice period."
Does the above sentence means Gross Salary for one month OR Basic + DA for one month.
Please clarify sir.

Dear sundaravel,
It is Gross salary you have to pay in lieu of notice period. (99.9% all companies follow the same) if anyone has specified in their AO such clause of Basic+DA then he has to give that much only.
According to my knowledge and experience its always gross. and in your case they have not mentioned anything like basic or DA so you have to pay gross salary.
