Hello All,
I need expert suggestions on following breakup. In particular are we allowed to add up leaves to form part of CTC ?
A. Monthly Components:
Basic: 7065
DA: 863
Total: 7928
B. ESIC(@1.75% of Basic+DA : 139
Provident Fund(12% ofRs.6,500) : 780
TOTAL : 919
C.Annual Components
Bonus (Minimum) - 3500
15 days earned leave - 3964
10 days casual leave - 2643
10 days festival leave - 2643
TOTAL : 12750
D. Retiral Benefits
Gratuity as per Gratuity act - 3964

TOTAL CTC : A+B+C+D : 7928X12+919X12+12750+3964=1,22,878
So per month salary is 1,22,878/12 = 10239.33

I dont think leave/holidays salary calculations can be shown as part of CTC.
Yes the cost sheet (presented to a client or for internal budgeting etc) include Leave salary component but it cannot be offered to an employee as a part of CTC.

Hi.. Leave is not part of CTC and Gratuity also not part of CTC.. Please Note:- About Gratuity part of CTC ot not.. this is depend on Company policy.

Hi : Gratuity can be shown as part of CTC based on the company policy whether or not they want to extend Gratuity to their employees. - Gia
