I need expert suggestions on following breakup. In particular are we allowed to add up leaves to form part of CTC ?

Gratuity as per Gratuity act - 3964
TOTAL CTC : A+B+C+D : 7928X12+919X12+12750+3964=1,22,878
So per month salary is 1,22,878/12 = 10239.33

I dont think leave/holidays salary calculations can be shown as part of CTC.
Yes the cost sheet (presented to a client or for internal budgeting etc) include Leave salary component but it cannot be offered to an employee as a part of CTC.
