Hello Vrushal20,
Firdous A Ansari & Deepak Pogade have given excellent inputs--Guess your predicaments are now clear & it's time for decision-making @ your end.
I think the KEY to your decision-making process ought to be what Deepak Pogade mentioned: "if you have some plans, its Great, if you want to do HR just to get Job, then think again,!!"--essentially corroborating what I mentioned earlier ['in short, WHAT ARE YOUR REASONS?'].
All the Best.

dear all
it should be borne in mind that earlier management people were engineers etc
unfortuantely doctor were sleeping or rather more engaged in the clinical practice
and they recently realised the advantage of dual course
medical graduate plus management
actually people are taking higher post with only management with only managerial concept
it is really true that person who is technical sound in particular field plus management study also
will be ideal so doctor should come forward with such qualification
so hrm is best option
all is needed to understand all doctors that they should vital role
specially leadership in medical field with added concept of management.
thanks
dr dave
