2) Length of probation period (if any)
3) Hours of Work
4) Pay details and frequency of pay (Weekly or Monthly)
5) Leave \entitlements
6) Bonus scheme details (if any)
7) Expenses reimbursement.
8) First day induction procedure (if any)
9) Company expectations and details of performance reviews.
10) Confidentiality agreement.
It is good practice to send two copies of the offer letter and ask for one to be signed and returned.
