Dear seniors,
this is G.P.Sharma from hyderabad. Recently i have joined in newly established company as an HR. my problem is am the first HR in that organisation so i need to frame rules and regulations for the organisations. i realy dont know what type of should i implement and please let me know the complete procedure urgently to construct hr department.

Hi,
As you have to set up complete hr dept of your firm, start with policy making & prepare a company handbook which will help employees to understand all the policies formulated by management.
Also, start keeping attendance track & time management task.
later on you can also think of arrange for some T&Ds.
But whatever policies you will make like, Travel,Leave etc.,do inform employees once these are finalised from respective management.
