Thank you for the valuable suggestion.But I don't hav idea as how i can get information of various pay scales of different companies!!Are the details available in any sites...if so please suggest me the websites where i can get information about it!!I want pay scales of Engineering firms!!

There is no such site from where you can get pay scales of different companies in private sector. It is only through known contacts that you can have the information but that will not be validated by the person giving it. However the pay scales of Govt. of India and state governments are available on their websites. Morevoer you have to inform the posts for which you need the pay scales. I hope members on this site can help you if make clear what is your requirement.
