Dear Seniors,
I would like to get your advice and view on the following:
I am working in HR (specialized in Recruitment & Training) for a construction company in Qatar, and now I would like to learn more knowledge about HR Planning. I do know the fundamental concepts and objectives of HR planning but I would like to gain more clear and specific understanding about its implementation in Public Health Care field (Government Sector).
For instance, the Head of Operations of the Health Center submits a request to the Head of HR Planning for the requirement of an additional 20 nursing staff for his/her health center. Upon receiving the additional manpower request how should the Head of HR planning evaluates the requested new requirements and make a proper judgment (whether the necessity of the additional manpower is there or not) on it.
Your quick feedback and professional advice on the above shall be greatly appreciated.
Thanks & Regards,

First see if the requested manpower was mentioned in the yearly budget. Also it has been approved by the management??
If these are fine then you proceed with your home work after receiving the manpower request.
