I would like to get your advice and view on the following:
I am working in HR (specialized in Recruitment & Training) for a construction company in Qatar, and now I would like to learn more knowledge about HR Planning. I do know the fundamental concepts and objectives of HR planning but I would like to gain more clear and specific understanding about its implementation in Public Health Care field (Government Sector).
For instance, the Head of Operations of the Health Center submits a request to the Head of HR Planning for the requirement of an additional 20 nursing staff for his/her health center. Upon receiving the additional manpower request how should the Head of HR planning evaluates the requested new requirements and make a proper judgment (whether the necessity of the additional manpower is there or not) on it.
