Dear Piyushu,
We have a uniform policy for all blue-collar employees in our organization. Please find the details below:
UNIFORM POLICY
1) The Organization will provide 3 sets of uniforms to all confirmed Peons, Drivers, Workers, Company Security Guards, and others deemed necessary by the HR Department/Directors.
2) Two sets of uniforms will be provided in summer (April) each year, and one set of warm uniform will be provided in winter (October) each year. The HR Department will coordinate the delivery/stitching, etc., of these uniforms.
3) The employees will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of these uniforms. They are requested to maintain the uniforms in a neat, clean, and careful manner. The employees given uniforms will be given a Washing Allowance of Rs. 50/- per month.
