Do you have a designation chart, as i mentioned, i am looking for the promotion scheduler for which i need to have a list of designation within different department with the relevant experience(eligibility for the designation which talks about past and current experience) so that we can think of planning it. Currently we are facing problems in this procedure as till the date promotion was done just when management realised once performance but i think this brought down other employee to feel bad.
Please help to solve this issue.

Hello Everyone!
I'd like to get your help in my firm's categorization for employee. I've joined my family business and its of Real estate.
The firm has been running for decades through traditional method where everyone get their salary after month. I've started to transformed it into modern company by from changing location, getting good office and recruiting employees and transferred it to pvt. Ltd. from a local firm.
Now,my question is how should I categorize existing employees and new ones in company. I my self posses the director's designation. The list of existing people in company is
1) Directors-two
2) Accountant- one
3) visiting CA- one
4) A person managing all general inside and outside work. I meant in office and at site.
5) Computer typist and co-ordinator in legal matters
6) Diploma civil Engg. - Makes General building plans and work on plans prepared by Sr. civil Engg. (Prepared from outside on contract)
7) Site Engg. - two
8) one person- Handles sites and resolve on site issues with labour and contractor.
9) One person- Office assistane
10) One person - General work
11) one person- Supervisor and mediator for getting labours and contractors for company.
