Dear All,
I am working for an automobile manufacturing company. I have been entrusted with responsibility of modifying our existing interview assessment sheet.
Our current interview assessment sheet has provisions only for leadership traits & competencies. The technical competencies are not covered in details.
I have been asked to design an interview assessment sheet that is competency based.
Please help me with suggestions as to how to go about doing the same.

The sheet is very informative. I am working for an IT comapny and have to streamline the interview process in my organization. Could you pleae help me with the list of some more competencies for interviewing candidate for IT?

I believe this is a post years ago. Today, I am working in a manufacturing company and has been entitled to the same responsibility--to modify our existing interview assessment sheet and design one that is competency based.
Could anyone help give an idea how to start? What do I need to be able to do this?
