Hi All,
Am planning to frame an interview process which should be more effective and different so that the candidates we can look for passionates and who are ready to take up challenges as in Startup it will be more to face. I felt the usual process will not be effective for an startup organisation where we need candidates who work for passion. Kindly guide me how to frame an different interview process which will be helpful to proceed? Please update if any links or Presentations available?
