Dear Swetha,
As a HR Executive, if you are generating Payroll of the organization you have to take care for filing of the Returns as under:
1. 24Q in respect of TDS on Salaries. This is quarterly statement to sumit after every quarter end. And also timely payment of TDS in Centeral Goverment Account to avoid any penalty on late payment.
2. Monthly Return under PF Act. Now the department has introduced e-return procedure. If you are not aware, please consult your nearest PF Office for necessary information and guidance.

Even if there is a union in the establishment we are to constitute works committee under section 3 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

Dear Mr. Sundaramoorthi,
Register of workmen employed by the contractor (Form XIII) is having the details of workmen employed by the contractor like name, Father Name, address, DOB, DOJ, DOL etc. This will help in issuing ID card, Service certificate and if any labour complaints to govt authority. etc.
