I am new member for citeHR .i have some doubts about this cite.how to see detailly HR topics? and also am researching all the threads first .In the first page of threads 2 options are there i,e replies and views .i understand replies option, what is the views option?plz explain me.

You can begin with the search tab and use key words to the topics you are looking forward to learn.

Further to what Ms. (Cite Contribution) has explained so lucidly; you wanted to know about the terms "replies" and "views".
The former is what you already understand - replies or responses in the form of posts, by our members.
The second term "views" indicate HOW MANY TIMES the thread have been VIEWED (or seen) by the members.
A thread having a large number of VIEWS within a very short time, is considered as a "Popular" thread; whereas if a thread is able to elicit a large number of REPLIES in comparison to the Views; then its considered as an "Active" thread.
I appreciate your enthusiasm and wish that you keep it alive.

Additionally, if you wish you want to view the post on region/location wise, go to HOME and select the Country, Location and you will find the post made by the members from that specific location/region.
