Mr.Vijay

Did you opt for HR because you liked it or because you thought it is a soft option for studying or easy to handle as a job or under the influence of the views of freinds/peers about HR? A lot of your career progress depends up on your aptitude for HR.

So far as HR as a career is concerned, every company or organisation from retail to I.T, from media to manufacturing, from banking to insurance, from Pharma to Dairy, from telecommunications to consulting , every business which runs in an organised way needs a HR.The opportunities thus are infinite but so are the candidates from the B-Schools which are mushrooming every day. Therefore the competetion is tough but of course, the talent is in demand.

So far your back ground of teaching is concerend, you can levearge your skills in the areas of recruitment, training and development, coaching, counselling and employee engagement, content writing or consulting. However, it is not clear to me as to what M.C.M means.
