I works with a manufacturing company, and i want to know about Leave with wages register,
in this register colloum no. 7. (number of days of leave enjoyed)
i have query what leaves are mentioned in this coloum.
either PL
CL
SL
OR
ALL( PL,SL,CL)

Dear Manmohan,
If you are maintaining the annual leave with wages register as per the requirement of the Factories Act, 1948 then you are to consider only EL enjoyed by the worker for this purpose. Record of CL & SL are to be maintained separately.

Dear SIR This is becoz all other leave except EL OR PL get expired after a year. Only EL or CL is to be carry forward.

I need some information about Leave with wages register.
1. Is it compulsory?
2. Do we need to submit anywhere?
3. Frequency monthly or yearly?
4. Which type of leave we have to count EL/CL/SL?
5. Which period to be counted in From -To?
If someone explain me practically with using leave with wages register format than it would be best for me. Please reply me ASAP.
