If I may suggest, we the seniors should set an example for students who keep seeking answers with single or double lne questions without giving much information about the background to the question. Also, we should say what we have done so far to find the answers or, even better, express our views and then seek help to improve our knowledge and understanding.

For example, I am no HR expert. However, on reading the questions, I searched the web and found two links that interested me.
