Dear All
I am in hotel industry. We have a policy of Annual leaves. We give 30 AL to all employees. There are no other leaves except these. We do not encash the leaves as well. However leaves can be carry forward to next year. i wanted to know if I allocate 2.5 leaves to Z at the start of Jan and Z takes more than the allocated leaves during the month of Jan and have negative balance during the month and Z does not take any other leaves during the year. Is Deduction of salary for the first month will be justified?.
