There is one doubt on exempting an employee who joined in our co having salary of 10000/- per month. he is not willing to enroll epf account. but as per the rule of our company, if he is taking leave beyond 2 days the salary will be cut and get only the salary for the actual working days he worked. then there is a chance to come the total drawing below 6500/-. In this situation what will be result in the aspect of EPF. the employee has filed form 11.
