Your query is not clear. You have stated that you want SOP for HR Department. As I understand, SOP means Standard Operating Procedure. Presumably you want someone else to do your job of drawing SOPs for several functions of the HR Department! As you are, perhaps, aware, it is a huge job. How can you expect someone in this forum to do that for free for you? In case you are only looking for some guidelines, please make out a draft and post it here so that others can comment and improve on that. Even God helps those who help themselves!

Hi, SOP's can be updated whenever there is change in process or improvements made. All the 22 points you have mentioned is good enough for a Training SOP. Define the renewal frequency atleast once in a year or once in two years. Peer reviews in your organization might help you with inputs required. regards, K Kumar

The topics mentioned in your post at #9 above are quite exhaustive. They are a bit jumbled. They should be sequenced logically. For example, Introduction can be at Sl. No. 1 instead of at 2. Tranining need analysis (9) and Gap analysis (10). should move up above Selecting the trainer (6) and Trainee (7). By the way I presume that by 'gap' you mean performance gaps. The SOP should also include the process of finding such gaps. It is not clear what you mean by 'Check list for training" - does that indicate the physical infrastructure check list?
