We are planning to launch buddy program in our organization. I need some ideas on creating awareness among employees to be a buddy. Teaser campaign? Motivational quotes? How do I create awareness to bring in maximum participation?

Posters and emailers are a must, however , please consider short role plays to launch it in every Business Unit. Even a word association contest or a collage, with the 'Buddy-program' as its central theme, during the launch will create a greater participation and acceptance of the program.
