Dear Ajay,
I would Suggest don't make your career on the basis of fake information. fake certificate wont help you for long term, at the end of the day, you will have to pay for this, and this is not required to have work ex certificates, or anything else to get good job, if you have knowledge and confidence then this is fine enough to get job as fresher, although you have experience you can mention in your resume, it will help you.
you can start your career as a Programmer or trainer, just try to do your best, you will get the way.
Remember “The one who believes……..achieves”
All the Best for your Bright Future.

Dear Ajay,

There is no stopping for you to use a fake experience. However, my question is , ' for how long' and how far ? There are uncountable people who have tried it and even made a successful career. What if this is unveiled at the highest of their success?

The choice remains yours. What was your role during your employment wIth the NGO ? Your experience with the NGO will remain unaccounted, till you connect it with the tasks that are required to be delivered by your future employer.

You can present the experience that might add value , if not a direct fit . Gap in your career , for such an human reason, is self-explanatory. You are in a far better condition, than the one who might have spend the same amount time looking for a job. To them ,they don't even have your reason , yet have lost on time. Have you considered, how would they find their ways out ? Not everyone would use fake profiles. What are the other options used by your peers?

You have a fresh certificate to top your offerings to the employer. This is an added value!

Please consider your options other than a fake experience certificates. Do share if you are exploring them and help us brainstorm them with you.

Wish you all the best !

Dear Mr. Ajay .Aju1,

We'd require more inputs and key -store points to imply you the best.

- What was your role in the Non- IT sector?

- You said - "I made gap of 1 n half years", Can you specify the stipulated year to year? (Probably this wouldn't confound the tips given later)

- Lastly, Ms. (Cite Contribution) has already asked you - "How long and How far would you use the fake experience if at all added?

A simple way is that you nee to just enclose a note to denote the time that you haven't worked, where you list near the experience. Something like the below could favour you - [NOTE: Took a carrer gap for Family related sabbatical from ------ (year) to ---- (year).

A personal sabbatical or a break taken for any reason should be keenly explained to the employers during your interview. Since you've a long gap; you might also be ready to take up a challenge in working as a fresher if the employer insists (most company's does this).

If at all you didn't want to vindicate the gap for your career; all you can do is you can write& say something like: I'm looking forward to continue with a modest company like yours to make use of my ----- skills to continue a career in the -------arena.

Note: Whatever reason you gather for the gap should be announced to the employer in a passive manner.

Dear Ajay,
I have changed the title for your query to include the terms "Fake Experience". Still it did not lead me to links at CiteHR on that topic. Hence, I searched using the "Research" facility at the top. This led me to https://www.citehr.com/127966-put-fa...interview.html where more links can be found in the sidebar at the right.
The discussions in those links are self explanatory. Hence, I suggest that you read those and tell us whether you still consider submitting Fake Experience for the gap?
Do you clearly state in your applications what you have done when working and why you left the job and what you have done and how that problem which led you to take a break is solved?

Dear mr.Ajay
Our life is based on belief.
Belief of various nature, kind., so on.
We need to believe that we will get up tomorrow morning.
Then only we will sleep peacefully.
Your honesty is the foundation on which your career has to be built.
Any employer , will listen, accept , the reason of your long absence, if it is true.
Please. Choose words , and explain in correct manner.
I am opinion that FAKE cetificates will ruin you and your career.

After that i decide to go Bangalore and searched for job. As presvoiusly said i did course and searched for job but unable get a single call from any companies or consultancy.
If i am going as fresher, then they are saying we are taking 2011/2012 passout students.

My Dear Friend,
You can only kep trying for job. I am sure your sincere efforts will yeild the desired fruit in good time.
When you do get an opportunity for personal discussions with a prospective employer, tell him/her (the interviewer) the truth of the matter. Do not ever try to bluff your way out..
Perseverence will most definitely pay dividend.
Best Wishes,

You have tried with firms that are hiring in numbers , hence freshers from the last annual year You stand a bigger chance with smaller firms who would need you to be little more trained and not be so stringent with year of graduation.
Wish you all the best !
