Im working as a HR Executive in a engineering service based company. the management has decided to implement Training Program for students related with Pro-E Designing. they asked me to set a batch and also to fix the course fee based on the students requirements. Im working on it by sending mass mails and also by posting free ads in free job posting sites. But i didnt even get any response. Company is not ready to spend for brouchers and advertisements. And also one of the main drawback is our office is situated in outer area, which is so far from colleges. Really im in a very hectic and pressurized situation. Is there any new ways of gathering database of students? Do i need to follow any other marketing strategy?How can i make the people to realize that our company is ready to provide Quality Program which will be so worthful for students?

@Thanny I am already making counelling calls for Mechanical Fresher and those with 1 or 2 years Experience but they are not comfortable due to reasons like Work load, Time adjustments, etc. We already have a page on Facebook and Linkedin. Now as you said I'll have a conversation with Dean regarding this. Thank you so much for your advice. :)
