I'm Devi. I Joined is a small company. It is 5 years old company. We have Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Comp Off, Maternity & Paternity Leaves. I Just want to know is Earned leave is necessary to give.

Hi Devi Yes For all the companies EL is mandatory as per the statutory rules. EL is calculated as 1 EL for every 20 working days. If you check the APSE act then you will get the EL rules.
