I remember when Mr.Tata took over the TELCO in a very adverse condition - the plant hit by a long strike, it was just TATA 1210 truck, the product of prominence. Today, TATA have established as one of the leading automobile hubs with n number of products of repute. Tall personality almost a replica of the Everest in the Indian Industrial scenario.
Happy Birth day.

Great You are! Ratan ji!
India has few leaders like Ratan ji..
In a world where people cling on to power they never deserved nor worked for
but intoxicated with thirst for power... gab it and hold on it at all costs !!
Ratan ji let go so gracefully, all his hard earned glory over two decades ..
It is difficult to climb the uphill of Fame ..to hold on to one's achievements ...
but much harder to let go... Ratan ji is A great leader who aspired to promote his TATA brand .. but unawaringly he himself has become a brand for corporate leadership!
Mother India has every reason to be proud of RATAN JI:

Hello Mr Bhavin Mehta,
That is a good post carrying the message of Mr Cyrus Mistry.
An able successor stepping into the shoes of his illustrious predecessor.
Certainly these are tough times as rightly observed in his speech.
When the going is tough the tough get going.
Tough times bring in the best from top leaders.

Hello Mr. V. Raghunathan,
I agree with your view about leadership!
Times are really tough & expectations are actually very high!
We hope that Mr. Misry will give 100% (or more) efforts for betterment of the "BRAND TATA" at national as well as Global level.
I have mentioned 100% (or more) because now-a-days it is frequently said that "99.9% is not good enough"

hello
i join you all celebrating the noble leadership that has become an aspect of TATA brand...It is said that " People get the leader they deserve..". congrats to TATA forces, i mean employees, because both in the past as well as in the present they have a leader
who syncs with the heart beats of employees.. feeling for their well being and that of their family members...
who builds on the past dreaming into a future ahead..
who has trust in the stake holders...
who with s sense of nationality and global humanity...
I am sure Mr Mistry will stride forward carrying the baton handed over by his predecessor Mr Ratan Tata..
