Can some one assist me with a innovative format for New employee introduction mail. Please suggest some ideas.Do add on some different questions that can be asked to the new joinees at the time of joining.

For new hires, you may always ask them to elaborate their experience. Accounting to their tenure ask them some good experiences & bad experiences they challenged. What do they expect from the organization. How would they envisage their future in the company are a few to natter on.

hi swapna when exactly do you get the form filled by employee after joining or before joining and getting offer letter .

Post joing feedback is different from the intro mails which you are looking for.
In case there is a company intranet one can upload with details of the new joinees or alternatively send a mailer with details like:
Photograph; Education; skills; expereince; hobbies; previous employers;family details; a motivational line from the employee himeslf/herself which may have become the punch line for him/her.
Most good orgainsations practice feedback which is with 7; 30; 60 and 90 days of joining.

Thanks for all your feedback . I need to change the questions in the questionnaire.Please suggest.And we are trying to change the old style. Please give me more ideas of how can I improve the introduction of a new employee thro mail.
