Dear Ankita Shah,

I would like to clarify certain points with you.

1) Religion plays a vital role in shaping a HUMAN because the one who practices THE GENUINE PRINCIPLES OF RELIGION, he will never commit any mistake sin because somewhere in the corner of his heart, the FEAR OF GOD will be there.

2) Where there is GOOD(GOD), definitely we will find BAD(EVIL) there. I often use to fight with my guru, "why ALLAH (swt) spared DEVIL"?. If he was not there, we wouldn't have heard about the word "NEGATIVE" in our life.

3) Even Muslims had committed MISTAKES/SINS(CRIME) and for sure we deserve SEVERE PUNISHMENT for that. Either we punish in this world or after our death. For example, in Middle East, Punishment is very severe and most of the times the CRIMINALS are beheaded. those who steal things their hands were cut. This is a lesson and warning for every Muslim making them very clear "NOT TO REPEAT SUCH MISTAKE/SIN/CRIMES". Now you tell me, what is the scenario in India. Everyone is agitating to see these CRIMINALS punished without further delay but, what about those political leaders as media conveyed that ONE THIRD OF GUJARAT POLITICAL LEADERS IN POWERS ARE HOLDING CRIMINAL CASES. INDIAN LAW CANNOT STOP NOR PREVENT SUCH INCIDENTS BECAUSE INDIAN GOVERNMENT ITSELF IS A TEAM OF CORRUPTED CRIMINALS.

4) I agree that, there are arrogant/adamant/illiterate Muslim males who do not respect females but they can't dare to do such crime because they know about the punishment from ALLAH (SWT). All those who are not PRACTICING ISLAM will definitely go wrong. If you happen to meet a "TABLEEQ JAMAATHI" anywhere in this world, kindly ask him/her what you had learnt whilst you being a part of TABLEEQ JAMAATH. This is the only group which had changed the lives of THOUSANDS OF MUSLIMS as it is striving hard to STRENGTHEN our E-MAAN(BELIEF & FAITH in ALLAH SWT). Many Muslims were involved in CRIMINAL/ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES and they start living a DECENT LIFE as prescribed by ALLAH and demonstrated by PROPHET MOHAMMED (PBUH) because they developed FEAR OF ALLAH (SWT) in their HEART. TABLEEQ JAMAATH is teaching Muslims to live REAL ISLAMIC LIFE.

5) Regarding NAZAR, let me explain you whatever ALLAH had explained through his Messenger Prophet MOHAMMED (PBUH) to his TRUE BELIEVERS. ISLAM is based on STRICT PRINCIPLES and all those who followed it strictly will live a DECENT and HAPPY LIFE in this WORLD and AFTER DEATH. A female is created for a MALE. She has a specific role to play and we all know about that. There is certain age, where a BROTHER is allowed to have FACE-TO-FACE discussions with his SISTER. Once she is reached her puberty, she becomes HARAAM(illegal/not permitted) for her own BROTHER. The reason why MUSLIM MALE is not allowed to look at FEMALE because SHAITAAN(DEVIL) will make him think bad about that female and that may/will lead to STARRING AT HER. This activity is DISLIKED BY ALLAH, hence we Muslims are warned not to look at any females except our Mother. THOUGHT PROCESS beyond NAZAR makes a huge difference and what ATTRACTED that NAZAR and WHO GOT ATTRACTED?

6) Madam ji, i am living in 21st Century. Unless and until you understand Islam, its very difficult for you to understand and interpret the activities happening around us. Just think, why ISLAM had permitted a male to marry 4 females? Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) had 13 wives wherein he married a widow as well. A TRUE BELIEVE OF ALLAH(SWT) will never behave like a HUNGRY WOLF. Me and my wife got separated, i am planning to marry either a Widow or a poor girl as i do have my own expectations but, whatever is written in my fate, it will happen. ISLAM is a unique and flexible religion. ISLAM had given EQUAL RIGHTS to FEMALES, but at the same time it had defined BOUNDARIES FOR THEM. If she crosses that, SHE WILL BE IN TROUBLE. Many muslim couples have got and are getting DIVORCED, do you know the reason?

7) Illiteracy ratio is very poor in Northern India and when compared to south, things are quite different over there. South is conservative zone and this had helped them to live a introvert life.

8) I blame SOCIETY and i do blame parents for not educating their children especially females. FASHION, by the way, what do we mean by FASHION? Why are females dressed in a way which they are not suppose to. What is the necessity for showing their structure? Females are expecting males to lower their GAZE, does that mean, you(females) can do whatever you want and males need to shut their mouth without protesting for you people going wrong. I wrote in my earlier post that, there is a specific attire for Muslim females called VEIL. If every female is dressed in VEIL, no guy will dare to harm her.

9) There are certain things(whatever is written in our FATE) are bound to happen because everything is PRE-WRITTEN.

There are many things i want to share about RELIGION and HUMAN PSYCHOLOGY OF BEHAVIOR & ATTITUDE, but since its a public forum, i have to follow the rules. Time will teach us more and coming generations will understand THE REAL FACTS ABOUT ISLAM. Even if we impart SEX EDUCATION, do you think that such incidents will not happen?

With profound regards

This is what I reiterate my friend. Sex education is essential since the western culture erode the Indian culture alarmingly with the result children started adopting the evils of it. Whereas our religions, culture and society do not permit them - children are in a fix.
Thank you nidhi...

According to me, we can't blame any gender for such crimes. I have read may articles, stories etc wherein man and woman both are equally responsible for such acts. It's related with the human psyche and differs from case to case. We have seen and heard many such cases not only in India but in Western/European countries as well.
Right education and values law and order, timely justice to victim etc. can help to minimize such incidents up to an extent but can't eradicate it completely.

I am appalled to read your thoughts on rape. It is typical of Indian male to blame others for their bestiality. Can you please ponder over the following :
a) How could a dumb. Deaf and physically challenged girl provoke any male?
b) How do toddlers (less than Six years’ of age ) provoke the animal instincts in males?
c) How do teen agers who go to fields in villages to relieve themselves entice men?
d) How do young hapless girls entice policemen in police stations when all they would have gone there is to lodge a complaint of molestation?
e) What makes men to beat and murder these girls after the action?
For god’s sake stop blaming the women. This chauvinistic attitude of Indian male is the root cause of this malice which no law can stop / control.

Thinking that the world will be without criminals is a wishful thinking only. We have to be cautious for our own safety. We put locks on our doors to keep our home safe. We can not say that I am leaving my home unlocked because no one should come and burgle my house. The criminals even break the strongest locks & stal things from our homes.
Whatever one must do, on his/her own to be safe, one must do. One never carries food stuff in open basket around a streat where monkeys are a menace. Once the food stuff is snatched & eaten by the monkeys one can not get it back.

Dear Friends,

Men or Women, individual or society, religion or non-religion, parents or society, etc. are neither responsible enblock, nor at the same time free of blame for such crimes against humanity. All are contributing to the problem. Many may come and many may go, counselling shall keep on banging the human thinking. Unless we respect each other, love co-existance, fathom the nerves, and above all value freedom of our co-brethen, no problem can be resolved. Internal as well as external purity needs to be advocated and practiced. If a male feels such acts as manly act, who will arrest such feelings? If women feels their own dressing code as a mark of freedom, who will desist from it? Unless one seriously thinks of doing away from such misconceptions on his own, leaving others to their own decisions and resultant situations, there cannot be a way out. To sum up - 'HUM BADALENGE, JAG BADALEGA'. If at all anyone is to be blamed, I should be the first for not -

- resisting such thinking,

- rearing better coming generation,

- becoming a deserving Indian,

- doing my job as a parent, and what not.

Well! according to me the crime called 'Rape' has been prevalent in olden times and will continue to happen. I am not supporting men here, but let's face the reality. Do you all know that 80% of Rape cases in India are not reported at all. There so many atrocities against women in small villages, towns etc. We stay in cities and think we are aware of all issues happening around. How are those innocent women, children protected in villages?
I see a complete system failure in our judiciary to punish the guilt on time and stringently. Disposal of cases at the earliest and reviewing our laws related to rape, molestation, etc.., is the need of the hour. I support what ever agitation is happening in Delhi... atleast this may bring some change in our women's world going forward!

There are a few spelling mistakes in the last para of my my mail - the same is corrected here.
I have said enough and more perhaps - even if this helps one or persons then it will be a great blessing. Let us work towards a better society by first transforming ourselves - lets eat good/clean and eat less; lets see, hear or speak Good, lets be spiritual and do what we preach, lets behave conservatively and believe in traditional wisdom - except superstitions, let boys/men take responsibility of protecting women to the best of their abilities, let women be careful and cautious and LET US NOT DEPEND ON THE POLITICIANS TO HELP THE SOCIETY - they are not the best example. They also need help!!!
