What were your responsibilitites ?
Your organization structure and where exactly are you in levels?
Reasons for leaving the job?

Be confident, cool and relaxed - while you respond. This is how u will get assessed.

Dear Jyothi

First of all let me wish you a hearty BEST OF LUCK for your interview. God always helps those who helps themselves. I mean helps those who are confident of their acts in every walk of life.

I am giving a new input to you on ur ensuing interview.

I suggest you not to give stress more on an issue on which you are not confident. It is commonly observed that guys having 4-5 yrs of versatile exposure also fails to convay the rule position, policy matters, the strategy for employee welfare, development when a discusion takes place in depth.

All that you can exhibit is exactly what you know and what u deserve for coupled with your self-confidence, determination, commitment to work so and so forth.

Touching upon an area let us say you never dealt legal, liaisioning, Public relations, CRM etc., telling that you have widely dealt is a wrong picture. Infact, expression of your urge or aptititude for working in these areas will give a better impression for the interviewer and your honesty will win success to you.

As all friends suggested, carry all those good things with you and attempt with confidence. There is no substitute for Hardwork and commitment.

Wish you once again a great luck. Keep me informed of the result.

If it's not to late, make sure you ask about the culture of the company as well as the long-term plans, vision and mission and how the person in this role can contribute to those.
Ask them what keeps them up at night (as it relates to work) - you'll get a glimpse into what you will be asked to do.
