Dear friends, Please help me... i need to know how to use linkedin for sourcing the candidates for different positions.

Please use the "Jobs & Hiring" tab found on LinkedIn's homepage. Here both the job seekers and employers post hot jobs.

- Select the option "Hiring and Recruiting" button from the "Jobs & Hiring" page, here several options will be available to post in LinkedIn.

- Choose only the [Hiring Manager], if you wish to post only one job posting at a time This option is available to people looking for a minimal job seekers of national scale.

- You can use "Tell Your Network" button on the "Hiring Manager" homepage to notify your contacts.

- You'll find [Corporate Account] tab where it is used by large scale companies of a job posting account to be created. here you need to supply LinkedIn with more specific data of your company's detail of posting and also sign up for an account creation. There is another option "Post a Job" facility if you wish to proceed with the fee-based posting process.

Please do not forget to use the [Contat Information] to provide your contact to the job applicants and information of your product/company.
