Thank you, friends. Your ideas will be working in my management. However, I now have a doubt regarding the annual return calculations, specifically the number of man-days worked during the year.

Annual Return Calculations

Men = 1/1/2011 (39)
Men = 31/12/11 (52).
The number of man-days during the year is 11,590 (this was calculated by the previous HR). How do I find the average number of men? They have put the average as 38. How can I determine this average (38)?
