Here is list of forms required for PF.
Different forms for PF:
Form 9 Register book allotted for the employer
Form 13(Revised) for transfer of PF from one employer to another
Form 2 Form for registering an employee for EPF
Form 12 A for giving monthly details of contribution by the
Employer and employee.
Form 5 for giving details of newly registering employment
Form 10 for cancellation of PF account
Form 6A Annual Statement of all the remittances
Form 3A Annual Individual Statement for employees
Form 19 for refund of EPF
Form 10c for refund of pension

i need assistance in below issue for applying my Online Withdrawal claim Form.19
I am getting rejection error of Employers Form-9 DOJ DOL is not matching with PF details.
Now the issue is Form-9 is suppose to be updated by the employer, in my case my company HyperCity Retail india pvt ltd is been sold out to Future group. So there is no person from Employer side to re update the Form-9 with correct details.
Also now As per my PF details all DOJ & DOL is correct as per the details, based on this allready Form-10 PF pension withdrawal allready been credited to me.
So now i dont know why Form-9 issue been highlighted by EPFO to reject my Form19 claim.
Need clarity & assistance in this If anybody can help me

Dear Sir / Madam, I am having a small doubt regarding Form-9 in EPFO. Is it that we need to fill one person details in one page or can continue many in 1 page? Thanks & Regards Anil Kumar V.S.
