Hello All, I need urgent help, i am new to UAE, i got a job in Abu dhabi, i am asked to create an HR policy for my company. Can some-one suggest how to do it. Please help

You need to first check on what all hr policies need to be created depending on what kind of company you are working in? Are the employees working in only one location? The type of jobs in your company. Do the employees travel around the country/other coutries etc.
