Thanks for the reply, currently I am working in HR profile and having 2.7 years of exp. in the same but wanted to go in teaching profile, thats why wants to do Phd in Hr and from the well known university, I have done MBA from HR/Marketing so I have comlpete background in the same, so please help me so that I can enroll for the Phd as soon as possible.
