Dear Friends,
Kindly suggest me about my Career path. I have a work experience of 1.1yr, where in 3 months is of recruiting(1st job) and 10 months in Overseas Education Counseling (2nd Job). Then recently, I started attending interviews, and I have joined a Local Consultancy for the post of Recruitment Executive (Day Shift). But then, I got a call from one of the other Consultant asking me to join as a US IT Recruiter (Night Shift). Can you all please give me guidance about the career path of US IT Recruiter? Kindly suggest me what to do at this point of time. My joining date for US IT Recruiter is in the next 2days. Also, I did not receive my appointment letter from the consultancy where I am working right now.

Dear Ashok,
Thanks for the reply. Yes, Cite HR helps me a lot to learn about the HR. :)
Coming to my query, I do not have much experience in HR. As I got an opportunity as US IT Recruiter, I feel it will help me to understand the HR Strategies in a better way. I will have to decide whether to stay in the present company as a recruiter which I joined recently a week ago or to join the US IT Recruiting on Monday 24th Dec, 2012. Kindly help me in deciding about it because I am also not feeling so good in the present job.
The present place is just a normal consultancy with 3 employees including me. And the US IT Recruiting consultancy has 36 employees working there. I am also in a dilemma as it is a night shift job, which will have 6 girls including me (If I join). Kindly help me in my decision.
