Dear Ms. Lapis Megha,
A necessary clause relavant to the current market situation - You may like to add the following your curb as desired.
Clause: In case it is noticed by us that the Certificates/ Documents submitted by you for obtaining employment in our organization are forged, you shall be terminated from the service and necessary legal action will be taken against you.
Hope this serves your purpose.

Dear Megha,
Please find the clause below:
"Kindly note that your employment with the Company is purely based on the representations made and information and documents furnished by your good-self. In case of any deviation which may be found in declaration/information/documents provided and in their factual status, your services shall be liable for termination with immediate effect and you shall not be entitled to any notice period or salary in lieu thereof or for any other benefits or compensation which would have been available to you otherwise."

hai,
submission of fake documents word is very painful. For getting job on nothing but cheating. for getting food one should try show his knowledge not on documents. In private job knowledge is important than the merely educational qualification. Now days anticidants or references are taking for appointments. Geniousness ascertation is become vague. Many complications involved in this verification.
In my opinion adding this clause will appointment is not good but hiding information leads to misconduct in employee side.
