Irrespective of the level of the management, end result of the training is quite important. Leadership training should be aimed at the business performance. Therefore, concentrate on what needs to be increased or what needs to be decreased. Leadership is required to increase or decrease that particular ratio or business performance. Please keep this in mind and then go ahead with the training.
I handle various training programmes on leadership. The applicable programmes for this level could be "Managership to Leadership" or "Strategic Leadership". Talk to your management and if they are ready, I will conduct the training for your managers.
