I have recently joined a multinational organization as Asst. HR Business Partner, I have to do my PDA Performance Development Appraisal and fill in my business targets to complete my PDA… and I am not sure what to fill in as my Business Targets…. I need your kind help and suggestions to fill in these business tragets.
I managed to fill in few targets below but I am not sure how I am going with this one, kindly review and help me out for some suitable, constructive and practical targets
- Engage in solving employee’s HR Related Issues
- Coordinate with the business and assess employees’ performance, suggests necessary actions on poor performers in order to right size the organization.
- Coordinate with Recruitment to ensure that they execute the manpower plan in a timely manner and participate with line managers in conducting interviews to cover the HR Side.
- Helps HRBP to identify and align people with current business needs, with Particular focus on leading the efforts in developing and retaining the identified top talents.
Please don't mind me Shaq...Asst Manager HR Business Partner Position???.
